Booked a room with decent views. The staff were courteous people at the reception desk. The location was great and beautiful. This hotel was set in a great area.

Extremely polite staff. Decent views of the skyline. Easy check-in and late check-out. Complimentary parking and shuttle to and from the airport. Stunning and magnificent location in Charlotte, near the Panthers stadium.

Clean hotel, and the staff were courteous and nice, location was fantastic to what we wanted to do in uptown. The food was excellent - plenty of options.

It offers reasonably large and updated rooms with a window view. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment are a nice touch. The location is marvelous and beautiful, a 10-15 minute walk from The Bank of America Stadium.

Awesome hotel with pretty good views and a super convenient location near the Panthers stadium! The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, the room looks fresh and tidy. The breakfast at the restaurant is top-notch👌!

Good looking and great hotel with beautiful location convenient to the downtown areas. Location close to a local store as well as A stadium. Nearby Cedar Street Tavern - great place to chill out.

During our stay at the DoubleTree, we were impressed with the efficient and helpful staff. When we encountered an issue, they were quick to resolve it and ensure our comfort. The central location of the hotel allowed us to easily access all our favorite places in the downtown area. Despite some construction going on in the area, it did not hinder our overall experience. The hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere that made us want to return for future stays in Charlotte. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Parking was such a far walk back to hotel

It was within walking distance from a lot of things and the hotel staff was really nice. The bed was pretty comfortable too.

First off, I didn't get a warm chocolate cookie upon check-in (sounds petty, but after everything I went through I figured a cookie was the least they could give me)! The hotel has no refrigerator nor microwave which is shocking to me because even the most basic hotel rooms have those! Then when I asked the lady at the front desk about it, she said that she would have to charge $10 for a fridge! Crazy! Then they charged $13/day for parking which is ridiculous in itself being that you are already paying a handful for a shell of a room that didn't even include breakfast (which a Hilton does standard). I honestly can't believe that this hotel has the nerve to have "Hilton" on the front of it because it is nothing like a Hilton. Then I got upset at the fact that they had charged an extra $120 on my card for "incidentals" that could happen, such as (according to front desk) breakfast and things like that. I can understand holding extra but $120? Really? Then we come back to the room around 3pm and our rooms still hadn't been cleaned! All in all this hotel was a disgrace to the Hilton name and is not worth the money that they are trying to get out of people at every turn!

The room was very comfortable and had a microwave, TV, and a nice view from the window.
